Meet Robin

IMG_3196 2Hey there, Beautiful! I’m Robin. Creative colorist and educator for some of the beauty industry’s top brands.

My journey started as a teen. Against the will of my well-meaning mother, I diy-ed my hair almost weekly after getting hooked on rock and roll and fashion magazines. After my first experience with hair color, I had friends lining up to be my guinea pigs and I was hooked! I was always artistic, but I found out that I shined doing hair. I soon discovered I loved this industry most of all, because I love connecting with people. I enrolled in beauty school close to my hometown near Fort Worth, Tx in 2004 and a few short years later, I met my husband at a rock show. I followed him to New Orleans, where I ran a successful business and we had two amazing kids.

After creating magic in New Orleans for the past 13 years, I’m so excited to be serving my new community in SouthWest Florida.

As a mama, I know how important it is to escape sometimes and treat yourself to a day of beauty and good conversation with a friend. That’s why I have created a private experience in my studio in Port Charlotte, where we can connect and share some girl time. Whether it’s colorful mermaid hair, platinum blonde, or natural balayage hues – I LOVE creating custom color to bring out the beauty in each of my guests.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can either find me teaching the newest technology and trends in color nationwide or spending time with my family. Whether it be walking our rescue pup, escaping to the beach, or teaching the kids how to make artisan bread – my family is often the center of my universe.

Green is definitely a color I don’t get asked for much, so when Halloween comes around and I get to indulge.
